I began in the Real Estate industry in 1989 as a clerk of the works, so to speak.  A friend had properties that he needed someone to take care of the books and pay the bills.  A short while later, I pursued my Real Estate Salesperson license and from there, my Broker's License. I dealt mainly with property management - rental property and then added condominium management as there was a great need for this in our area.

Over the years, I have sold quite a variety of properties from single families, condominiums, and multifamily units.  Some of which I was managing.  I think my greatest success in sales was a $1.3 million dollar property back in 2007.

I have been blessed to have helped out many people find or sell one or more of their most prized possessions - their homes. I have also been graced with managing some incredible condominium communities and have made many friends along the way. I take care of everyone as if they were a part of my family.  There are occasions where letting go of their home was a stressful situation.  I have always done my best to make sure I didn't cause any more than what was needed.
